I'm glad you are enjoying it. I won't add any more things to this particular campaign as its a new style so more focusing that the main battles and supply points work etc. Any changes will be in tightening or clarifying the rules. However, I am always interested in making more interesting campaigns as long as bookkeeping is kept to a sensible minimum As for skirmish stuff, the only main issue is a lot of armies are based in groups rather than individual, so it would only work with those armies that have spare figures. I am currently finishing off sabot bases for my LOTR stuff to allow both skirmish and Hail Caesar with them, but they would present an opportunity for that kind of action.

As per the discussion with Don's two division army list last week, I found this suggestion online. We can chat about it tomorrow.
Army Break Test 2 division army: Fail if either division breaks. 3 division army: Fail if 2 divisions break. 4 division army: Fail if 3 divisions break, or if 2 divisions break before the enemy has lost any divisions. 5 division army: Fail on having 3 divisions break. 6+ divisions: Fail when half divisions are broken. The above are for typical cases.
Divisions Also, while the units you have bought for your army are fixed, the divisions can change battle to battle. Feel free to organise them whatever way you can/like.

Another wee rule update after a chat with the smaller armies.
Divisions are originally 4+ but we can modify it to allow for smaller armies and battle losses. Ideally, try to have as many 4+ divisions as you can with perhaps one final division 2+ to allow for excess. This is to stop a small army of 7 units having to officially be one large 7 unit division. In that case a split of 4 and 3 unit divisions is totally fine.
This might also be necessary for those buying allies as they need to be kept in divisions by themselves. Which can result in odd numbers of troops in the original army.
It is impossible to have all edge cases sorted, so if you have an army comp you think is illegal/dodgy, send it my way and we can have a ruling.

I found some rules in Hail Caeser that are worth putting here as a reminder.
Firstly, for shooting. A roll of a 6 when shooting causes a break test. However, if the hit roll required to succeed is a 6+, then you need two sixes to cause a break test. This will definitely lessen the strength of ranged weapons which has seemed quite strong.
Secondly, shaken units can undertake any action that a normal unit can. They just suffer a -1 when shooting/fighting. This means they can charge etc. The obvious downside is they are more likely to be destroyed during a break test. A disordered unit cannot be commanded or anything.

Could everyone who needs to borrow figures for tomorrow, let me know what they need?

I could use more hoplites to fill up my back ranks, thanks.

No, that would be a mess. Use them as whole units

I would like some horse archers please.
I have Alan's which can be enough, if a little small, so I'll use what's left over to bulk up my forces.

Turn 3 over and done, we have:
Victory to Normans over the Romans, though I feel pyrrhic would probably be a suitable choice of word. Close victory of Scythians over the Usain Bolt Greeks. and a tense draw to the Crusaders over the Sassanids.
next time, to close off the campaign we have: Chinese against Greeks Seleucid rematch against Normans Crusader rematch against Greeks Scythians and Romans watch from the side lines.

"Pyrrhic!" What! Haha to be fair give the size of my army at the start of the battle any loss of a unit would have made it Pyrrhic. dandare get ready to face a by now veteran but small 275 point army haha Surely there should be a campaign rule about units that have survived 3 battles by now, like giving them "Stubbon"
