The T-35 looks like a right monster.

Naw, once we all get a good look at the rules, will give us a better idea on how to progress.

Perish the thought..... Yesterday was a real laugh! Who would have thought the M11/39 was so effective.... Definitely a better game with more terrain. Incidentally- re- reading the rules- if the "save" dice equal the strike dice, the attacker rolls a dice, on a 1-5 the defender retreats d6 inches, on a 6 loses 1 temporary dice. Bounce offs only happen if the defence dice exceed the hits. Alan is definitely the lead Tanker with 2 kills(3?). I think Brian got one as well Are we up for this again next week?

I got three Kills (1 in the first, 2 in the second) Brian wants to use his 28mm tanks next week so think we're on for more.

I'm definitely on for next week! I'll bring down what 28mm tanks we have. Also, can someone tell me please what tanks are available in the book for phase 1/2 Germans? Much appreciated. Maybe some Normandy style bocage and buildings would make a decent table?

Be aware, some of the kits are more challenging than others- some of the Bolt Action kits are rebadged Italieri ones with "ambiguous" instructions. Most of the Entry level tanks are available from Blitzkreig in resin.

We can do one side as German next week. I can bring a StuG down, Brian's got Tiger(s) if Alex can get is Pnz IV ready. I'm thinking a Pnz III for a phase 1 German tank.

Only one Kill- Alan (again!) KOed an M13/40 with his R35. Late war game was interesting. Brian's Tiger attracted a great deal of incoming- and was at one point was down to 3 dice, but the real danger was the Stug III and the M10. The Firefly took a battering but survived, as did Alan's Sherman.

Just noticed that we could have afforded an M5 Stuart in the last game, to balance the points!
I'm happy to pick up Tanks in Static if anybody wants anything.

I don't think Warlord do an A13? They do and A9 and an A10. The A13 I have is from Blitzkreig. Yesterday they had - Shermans- M4a3 and M4a4, Pz3, Pz4, Type 95, Stug III, Honey, Australian Matilda and Char B. Poss 38t as well.

Plus they have the Churchill Warlord have a gap in their range where the A13 should be
