It was a bloody and well fought game. Don showed tactical superiority for pretty much the whole game but despite throwing punishing firepower against Ken, Ken's militia just wouldn't crack. It really is about time we ban Ken from rolling dice. This heroic effort of dying up to the point of withdrawal but never over helped the yanks crank out the worlds slowest flank manoeuvre to save the day.
I believe a few photos of the early part of the game were taken.

Thanks Anton, you are very kind! My sneaky manoeuvre with the Indians unzipped me, I think. The Hessian Jager were outstanding- they killed at least half of your Continentals. I just could not hit your leaders at all. Still it was a fun game.
Cheers
Don

Here are a few more. I think you can see Don's jager's giving Anton's line infantry a hard time in these. Wish I'd had more time to see how it turned out, sounds like a great game. Attachments:

In the end I had to withdraw- the loss of the Indians cost me so many army morale points, and then the Continentals managed to recover and turn my right- ultimately, the jager killed too many, but didn't inflict shock. Ken's militia clung on, 1 shock away from breaking.
